1. The du synchronous circuit adopts hydraulic synchronous motor.
The same size and high processing accuracy make the flow of each hydraulic dao motor basically the same, so as to achieve speed synchronization. The synchronization accuracy mainly depends on the machining accuracy of the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic cylinder and the uniformity of the load. Since machining errors always exist, synchronization errors are inevitable.
2. Synchronous circuit with proportional valve.
This synchronization circuit is composed of a servo cylinder with a built-in displacement sensor (or an ordinary cylinder with an external displacement sensor) and a proportional valve. The closed-loop control composed of the displacement sensor and the proportional valve realizes precise synchronization control. The control signals of the two proportional valves, one is set as the reference signal, and the other is set as the follow signal.
3. It adopts a synchronous circuit with equal flow double pumps.
The hydraulic servo compensation device is composed of a position error detection device, a feedback device and a hydraulic servo valve. Two rollers are installed on the beam hinged with the two piston rods. The position error of the two hydraulic cylinders can be detected by the steel belt wound on the two rollers, and the feedback rod is used to amplify and feedback to the control servo valve, thereby controlling the two The cylinder compensates for the size of the oil supply flow.
